Which are the rental conditions to book your apartment in Madrid?

How much do I have to pay to book my apartment in Madrid?
To book your holiday apartment in Madrid a down-payment must be paid: 20% to 50% depending on the apartment. The % of the down-payment appears clearly in the apartment description.
The payment can be done by Credit Card (AMEX, VISA, MASTER CARD) or Bank Transfer (depending on the total amount).

Prices include VAT?
Yes, prices includes VAT.

Are bed linen and towels provided in the apartment?
Bed linen and towels are provided by the owner in all of our furnished apartments in madrid. There is no extra charge.

What is your cancellation policy?
• We give you back the down payment minus 90€ (for administrative charges) if you cancel your booking more than 60 days prior to the day of your arrival.

• We keep 100% of the down-payment if you cancel reservation less than 60 days prior to the day of your arrival.

Depending on the owner, cancellation policy can change. Please contact our customer service for further information.

What is the security deposit I have to pay on arrival?
You will be asked for a security deposit against possible damages made during your stay, before your arrival or at the check-in. The payment form will depend on the owner.
If there are no damages at the check-out, you will be restituted of the security deposit the day of your departure. For some apartments security deposit is restituted at the latest, two months after your departure.

How do we get the keys? How do we check-in?
Generally the keys will be given to you directly in the apartment. The detail of check-in process will be given to you in the Final Confirmation Notice that you will receive by email after the down-payment.

At what time can we arrive?
Official check-in time is from Monday to Saturday, between 5pm and 7pm. A check-in after 7p.m will be subject to an extra fee of 25€ to 65€ depending on the Madrid apartment. Please contact our customer service.

At what time do we have to leave the apartment in Madrid?
Normal check-out time: between 10 and 11a.m at the latest (depending on the apartment). For a late check-out, please contact the owner.

What is the minimum stay?
The minimum stay is different depending on the apartment you choose. Please check the minimum booking indicated in each Madrid rental apartment description.

If we check-in/out a Sunday or Spanish bank holiday? Is it possible? is there an extra cost?
Check-in and check-out on Sunday or/and Spanish bank holiday could be subject to an extra-charge of 25 euros to 50 euros depending on the apartment. Please contact us for further information.
