You will appreciate being located in the incredible district called Latina.
This neighbourhood together with Lavapíes one, are the two most Castilian and old of Madrid. This is the old medieval district of Madrid. They are composed of narrow and hilly streets, there are old houses called “corralas”, which were part of the Arabic neighbourhood. Highlights: La Puerta del Moro, the Basilica of San Francisco El Grande, the Plaza de la Paja and the famous Flea Market, one of the most entertaining Spanish markets. No very far away from here is located the Royal Palace, one of the most impressive buildings of Madrid, the Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol and the Austria district.
It’s a designer apartment-loft and duplex. On the left, it’s the living room, straight on; there is a sitting area with a double sofa bed convertible in two beds if necessary. On the right side, there are a full kitchen and bathroom with hydro massage shower, both with very modern design. A spiral staircase gives way to the upper floor where there is a double bed bedroom. Although it’s located in a flat track (the Rastro Market area) that is very quiet.
