You will appreciate being located in this district because it’s one of Madrid’s oldest and because it has conserved all the typically Spanish charm. The barrio Latina, is full of different activities that will seduce you: The Rastro Market, the Plaza Mayor, the Puerta del Sol… Quiet during the day and animated during the night, this district is the perfect place to be for your Spanish stay.
The main room is incredibly bright tanks to its two door windows that open on the little terrace. It is equipped with a comfortable double sofa bed, a normal sofa, a coffee table, an armchair, a television, shelves and chests, lamps… A little dinning room has been arranged thanks to a table and four chairs so you will be able to cook and dinner in your holiday accommodation too.
The bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe, chests, shelves, carpets, night tables and lamps. It has two large windows also facing the terrace.
A third bed is provided in case a 5th person would need to be accommodated too.
The kitchen, in the entrance, is fully equipped: fridge, freezer, microwave, 2 electric hotplates, coffee maker, washing machine, cookware and dinnerware necessary…
The bathroom has been made by a designer, and has a large shower cabin, a sink, mirrors; and the toilets are separated thanks to a sliding door.
This loft will guarantee you a quality stay in Madrid thanks to the way it has been accommodated and equipped.
