This apartment is sited on the sixth floor with elevator. It has a capacity for 5 sleeps. Lavapies is one of the oldest Madrid neighbourhoods. In the origins, it was the Madrid Jewish quarter. Until the 80’s, Old people used to live here in typical houses called “corralas”. There are rising unconventional popular markets as Rastro, alternative theatres and pubs at night. It offers a bohemian atmosphere and the most cosmopolitan population in town. You can go for a walk starting in Plaza Tirso de Molina and going down in the old charming district. The Calle Argumosa terrace would be a good suggestion if you want to have something to drink and eat. As we enter in this big 90sqmts apartment, we find an independent and complete kitchen on the left. The kitchen is equipped with: fridge, freezer, 4 vitroceramic stoves, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, a table and four chairs, cookware and dinnerware… It has a tiled floor. In front, we can see a wide living room with wooden floor which opens on a terrace; there you have an overlook on Madrid. An elegant glass table and four chairs are arranged on the terrace to help you to create a nice and relaxed atmosphere during your stay in the Spanish capital. In the living room, you will find two large sofas, a coffee table, a flat screen television, a DVD player, a CD player, lamps…On the living room’s left is placed a small hall with three doors. One door gives to a double bedroom with a big wardrobe. There is a bathroom in another door, in which you’ll find a shower. And through the third door, you access to a bedroom with a double bed, a single bed and a large wardrobe. Within the large bedroom there is a roomy bathroom with tub. The apartment is outward facing. The apartment has air conditioner and a washing machine provided. You will enjoy your comfortable stay in this holiday accommodation thanks to its room, equipment and localisation.
