You will enjoy being located in this very centric district. You will be in a very original zone where traditionally, the commercial activity is concentrated on articles that can not be commercialised in usual markets, like old and strange merchandise, rarities and curious objects. There are streets and places that, respecting the tradition, or according to the specialised trades’ congregation, focus on proposing a type of product in particular. La Latina is a very charming district where you will enjoy having a walk. This holiday accommodation offers you the proximity necessary to visit Madrid easily, with Catedral de la Almudena, Puerta del Sol, Opera, Palacio Real or commercial centre of Gran Via at only few minutes walking from your apartment. You won t need your car to visit Madrid, there are two metro stations very close, La Latina and Puerta de Toledo, also several bus stops and the touristic bus of Madrid. The living room is spacious and very bright. It has a wooden floor and is composed with two comfortable sofa beds, a coffee table, a digital television, a DVD player, Hifi, internet wireless access, lamps, air conditioner, several lamps, shelves and cupboards… A large door window lights the room and opens on a balcony that faces the street. The first bedroom has a balcony to the street, one of the tipical balcony of Madrid, there is also a double bed (and not two individual beds joined as on the photos), night tables and lamps. The second bedroom has two individual beds, a window, lamps, a desk with several draws and cupboards. The third bedroom has a single bed, a window, a desk with a chair, lamps… The kitchen has a tiled floor and is fully equipped with: a fridge with freezer, an electric oven, microwave, 4 vitroceramic stoves, washing machine, dishwasher, electric and Italian coffee makers, extractor, cookware and dinnerware… The bathroom has a tiled floor and a large bath tube with shower, sink, mirrors, cupboards, and toilets. You also can rent a car park for a normal size car in the same building for 15€/day. This apartment has been thought to make sure you will have a quality stay in Madrid.
