This amazing apartment for 6 people is located on the 2nd floor with lift in the centric district called Lavapiés. This holiday accommodation is located in a district that has a private access to the traffic. At few meters, you will find two subways (Lavapiés and Antón Martín). This zone is full of cafés, and restaurants where you will be able to enjoy nice tapas and wines. You will appreciate being able to walk to all Madrid’s main touristy attractions, you will be at less than 5 minutes walking from the Plaza Mayor, the Puerta del Sol and the Prado and Thyssen Museums, and at les than 3 minutes of the impressive Reina Sofia Museum. You will also be able take a walk in the Parque del Retiro, park with numerous huge trees, gardens, and cosy little mansions. Small but comfortable and also recently reorganized, this apartment is located in a strategic zone of the city. Lavapiés is in the heart of Madrid so very close to all the city’s attractions. At 10 minutes walking from the flat, there is Atocha metro station, and there are continually suburban and high speed trains that go to all parts of Spain (Sevilla, Valencia,…). And at 2 minutes, you will find the Lavapiés metro station (yellow line 3) and Antón Martín (bright blue line 1) that will carry you to any place in Madrid. The living room has a tiled floor and is full of cupboards and shelves to order your personal effects. You will find in this main room painted in a bright and joyful red colour, a comfortable double sofa bed, a table with four chairs to make sure you will be able to cook and eat in your holiday accommodation. It is also provided with a television per cable, a DVD player, hifi, air conditioner and heating… The first bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has two individual beds that can be joined to form a double bed. The kitchen has also a tiled floor and is fully equipped: fridge with freezer, 2 vitro ceramic stoves, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker, electric boiler, cupboards, cookware and dinnerware… The bathroom has a bathtub with a shower head, sink, mirror, cupboards and toilets. This apartment has been though and equipped to make sure that the 6 people accommodated were going to spend a great time in the Spanish capital.
